Each course will be paired with our exquisite wines making this an exceptional evening of food and wine. This exclusive dinner for up to 8 people if offered to our Insider members and guests.

For this dinner we are featuring the culinary talents of Chef Jeff Thomas. Chef Thomas originates from New Orleans, and has worked with chef's such as Curtis Stone and Gordon Ramsay while in Los Angeles. Now a local to San Luis Obispo County, Chef Thomas has a passion for local fresh ingredients.
